SCENVO Refund Policy

Paid checkout is currently paused while launch verification is completed. When payments launch, Paddle will act as merchant of record and handle receipts, tax, cancellation tools, and eligible refunds.

Canceling a subscription

Use Billing in your SCENVO account or the manage-subscription link in the Paddle receipt. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Refund eligibility

Eligibility is governed by applicable consumer law and the Paddle Refund Policy. Non-waivable local withdrawal and refund rights always apply.

How to request help

Start with Paddle Buyer Support through the receipt or paddle.net. You may also email cao@scenvo.net with the purchase email, transaction details, and issue. SCENVO will help locate the Paddle transaction but cannot promise a refund that Paddle or applicable law does not approve.
