Human review is not currently included in any paid plan. There are no expert-comment allowances to roll over. SCENVO will publish reviewer identity, qualifications, response time, comment scope, and queue policy before offering it for sale.

What happens when credits run out?
Saved results remain available, but a new review waits until your next successful renewal or a future credit purchase option.
Does failed transcription use credits?
No. Uploading, transcription failure, and transcription retry do not consume credits. Credits are deducted only when the final review is calculated and saved.
Do revisions and duplicates use credits?
Duplicating an existing saved result is free. Recalculating an edited revision uses 1 script credit. A new video review uses 5 credits.
What are the video limits?
One file may be up to 50 MB and 60 minutes. Short-form videos produce the most relevant advice. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after two days.
When do credits reset?
At the start of each successful monthly or yearly billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
How do I manage my plan?
Open Manage billing from your account or the current-plan button. Paddle provides invoices, payment-method updates, renewal details, plan changes when enabled, and cancellation.
What happens after payment?
Paddle sends a signed server notification. SCENVO unlocks access only after that notification is verified.
What is stored for a free preview?
Anonymous score previews are calculated on the server and are not added to account history.
